1. Data collected and processed

Data type: The EP - Dropbox application processes media files uploaded by users, which may contain personal data (for example, images of human faces, which are sensitive biometric data under the GDPR).
Third Party Service: The EP - Dropbox application integrates Dropbox features and stores files on Dropbox servers, in accordance with Dropbox's terms and privacy policy.

2. Purpose of processing

The purpose of the EP - Dropbox application is to provide a shared photo album service for each event.
The processing is necessary to receive:

Uploading and storing media files by the organizer and guests

Viewing and downloading media files by all participants who have the link (Client, Location Administrator, Guests)

3. GDPR

By using the service, the user confirms that he/she has obtained the consent of all persons visible in the photos (has the legal right to upload and share them). The clients (event organizers) are solely responsible for sharing the album access link with other people after the event ends. Once the link is shared, EP - Dropbox and the Venue Administrator can no longer control who views/downloads files from the photo album.
The EP - Dropbox application does not sell, rent or share media files with other parties, except for the Dropbox platform (data processor) and event participants.

4. Photo Sharing and Privacy

The service is designed for sharing media files. Please note the following:

Access to the album: access to the media file is provided via a unique link provided to the client (the event organizer). The client is responsible for how they distribute this link.

Photos in the album can be viewed and downloaded by:

    - Event client (organizer)

    - Guests to whom the client shared the link

    - The location administrator for the exclusive purpose of technical administration

User Responsibility: by uploading media files, users (anyone with access to the link) acknowledge and accept that their photos will be accessible and downloadable by all event participants.

5. Third-Party Service (Dropbox)

Data storage: the actual storage of media files is done on Dropbox servers

Dropbox Security: The security of our storage and infrastructure is governed by the Dropbox Security Terms. We recommend that you review the Dropbox Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Storage period

The event media album will be kept online and active for a period of days determined by the Location Administrator. After this period, the album will be permanently deleted from our Dropbox storage.

1. Acceptance of the terms

Using the EasyParty application and/or uploading any media file constitutes automatic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. User conduct and prohibited content

Legality: Users (Client and Guests) must guarantee that they have the legal right to upload and share the photos (e.g., do not infringe the copyright of an external professional photographer, do not violate the privacy rights of other people)

Inappropriate content: Uploading content that is illegal, abusive, obscene, or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

3. EP - Dropbox Role

We reserve the right to limit our liability for:

loss, accidental deletion or damage to data stored on Dropbox

unauthorized sharing of the album access link by the Client or Guests

violation of third party rights (for example, copyright or image rights) by media files uploaded by Users.
